The Piki Grill Restaurant was part of the Roast House Ventures group of fast casual family dining eateries.
Owned by Timm and Stephanie Kurtz, and worked by their sons Brian, Travis, and Derek, along with staff members, was open for service in late 2004. Originally, it featured a 44 ft. long chalkboard with hand drawn art. A fire in early 2005 caused closure and remodeling. It reopened in late 2005 featuring the same menu items along with mural art by Timm. The Piki Grill Restaurant and all items contained herein are Trademarked and owned by Timm Kurtz.
